Steal an Egg Speed Training and Treadmill Guide
Measure treadmill speed gain, estimate time to the next biome, choose a safety margin, and avoid relying on stale threshold tables.
How do you measure speed gain?
- Record your current speed.
- Train continuously for at least 30 seconds.
- Record the new speed.
- Divide the increase by the sample duration.
- Repeat once and use the lower or median rate.
What is the time formula?
time remaining = (target speed − current speed) ÷ measured gain per second
Enter the values in the Speed Goal Calculator.
For progression order and known threshold conflicts, see All Biomes.
